Due to fraudulent claims made by our now ex-buyers...we are back to square one, £650 quid worse off and will probably lose the house we fell in love with too.

I just read over my last entry. The comments on the house sale seemed so negative and resigned. The good news is that it sold really quickly in the end! Mortgages are sorted, solicitors instructed and the whole stressful process has begun. Just have to hope it all goes through as Nick, Ruby and I really love the house we will hopefully be moving to.

...Fingers crossed.
