Oranges
My daughter is making me smile lots today. She always makes me smile, but today she is making me smile even more than usual. She is currently using every ounce of her strength to carry round a bag of oranges. She will not be parted from them. They must be carried around. It is what is required.
As I write, she is standing on the other side of the dining room blowing me huge kisses and grinning from ear to ear.
I love this age. Her lunatic personality is really shining through now. She has a mind of her own and she knows how to get what she wants (and also to let us know she is not happy about it when she is denied the object of her desire). She is a bundle of energy, enthusiasm and fascination for the world. She laughs and giggles constantly and loves to make other people laugh too.
The oranges are apparently going to go for a drive with the Easter Bunny. Both have been very deliberately placed in the old car seat (which is awaiting rehousing in the loft) and delivered to me. I wonder where they are off to?
