Every day I read Dictionary.com to find out the word of the day. Some days they seem to be appropriate to how I feel and so I name my blog posts after them. Today is one of those days.

friable \FRY-uh-buhl\, adjective:
Easily crumbled, pulverized, or reduced to powder.

That is how I feel today. Like tomorrow could easily reduce me to powder. An impending sense of weight and foreboding about the day that lies ahead.

I am sure it is just post Christmas blues or something such like.
