Slowly but surely, pictures from the wedding and honeymoon are appearing here. They are taking some time to adjust and resize so more will be added as the week goes on.

It is taking some getting used to having a new name. The kids at school have it cracked already, it is just me that is struggling! I think that we must tune into the last syllable of our names like dogs and cats are supposed to do. The kids call me and it just doesn't register.

I like being married. I like the fact that I suddenly have a family twice the size. I like the fact that Nick and I keep looking at each other and giggling about it - like it was some wild, off the cuff thing we did. I like the fact that I am someone's wife - Nick's wife. I like the fact that he is my husband. I like the fact that this is the start of the big adventure, not the finish and that we both feel that way.

Yes. Being married is good. I think I will keep it.
