Strange
Something strange happened yesterday,
If you know me at all well you will understand.
I joined a gym. I did that excercise stuff. Today I do NOT hurt. Tomorrow I am going to go again.
What happened there? A shift in the space time continuum i think. It must be something like that.

Oh my the gym.... a year or more ago there was someone quite ginger and of the goat loving variety announcing that they were the kind of places we would never find you... sorry, did I say you? WELL DONE, and not in a patronising way either - in a I cannot be arsed right now and know I need to kind of way... keep up the good work goater.
